Early in the morning you will be picked up by your Safari Driver / Guide from your Hotel / Airport and depart to drive to Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Maasai Mara is open grassland. 95 species of mammals, amphibians, reptiles and over 400 species of birds have been recorded in this park. In Maasai Mara you will hardly miss to see the BIG FIVE. The annual wildebeest migration takes place in this park between July and October. The eco system of Maasai Mara holds one of the highest Lion densities in the world and this is where over 2 million Wildebeest, Zebras and Thomson Gazelle migrate every year. Enjoy game viewing en route to check in at your lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon enjoy an afternoon game drive until sunset

Spend the day in Maasai Mara enjoying morning and afternoon game drives with a visit to the Maasai village. The Maasai Community have not been influenced by all means to affect their culture and cultural habits. Enjoy your moments in the community through dance, song, story telling and much more. Time allowing visit a local school for interaction with the children and capture your magical moments.

In the morning (before 10.00am) with your bags packed, you will bid Maasai Mara “kwaheri” meaning goodbye and “full of lasting safari memories!” you will depart and embark on your drive back to Nairobi. In Nairobi time allowing and depending on your schedule we will offer you a shopping excursion at either Maasai Market or Kazuri beads (optional). Kazuri beads is a center empowering single women economically by engaging them to do bead work and pottery thus sustaining their livelihoods and empowering them economically. Get “a bead for every mood!” We will then drop you to your own onward plans.
