REFUND POLICY

At AsaRay Tours LTD, we understand that unexpected changes can occur in your travel plans. We will endeavour to do our best to accommodate your needs in regards to the unexpected changes.

Our cancellation policy stipulates that your cancellation notice to us by the client must be received by AsaRay in writing 90 days prior to commencement date of our services for a full refund of the paid deposit. Notification to 60–30 days before commencement of our services will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% charge and 100% if notification is received 30 days or less.

Due to the resources used, procedures and regulations involved and in consideration of the reason and purpose for your cancellation which must be in writing with detailed evidence, below find the time stipulation in which a refund shall be determined

• 60 days or more prior to departure date a full refund shall be processed with cost for working the refund being transferred to the client
• 30 to 59 days prior to departure date a 70% refund shall be processed with costs for working out the refund being transferred to the client
• 20 to 29 days prior to departure date, a refund of 50% shall be processed with costs for working out the refund being transferred to the client
• 20 days or less prior to departure no refund shall be processed

For all bookings of Day Tours operated by AsaRay Tours, a minimum of 48hrs notice prior to your scheduled tour departure is required in order to receive a full refund. This is due to limited seating. This also gives us the opportunity to refill your seat on the Day Tour.

The Day Tours operated by our partners are determined and guided according to their refund / cancellation policy. We have no control over this trips
